Nuclear Disarmament is a very big part going on in the world. With all of the conflicts going on, it is safe to say that there are many views on the issue. The views of Mohamed Elbarradei reflect those of who are opposed to nuclear activity in Egypt. There are the views of the Egypt government who believe they have the right to pursue nuclear technology. Then there's the view of the united states who believe they should be they should be the only country pursuing nuclear advancement.
Different views on this issue exist because everyone has a diferent view on whats right. Mohamed Elbarradei view comes from the fact that he wants to see peace in the middle east. The Egypt government comes from the fact that they want to properly defend themselves since they live in a such a hostile part of the world. The united states views come from the fact that they believe they are the only country responsible enough to properly handle nuclear technology. Everyone's view on the issue is going to be different because they all come from different mindsets.
The IAEA organization is determined to help fight nuclear disarmament as well. They have many sponsors and high authority figures in partnership with them. The IAEA is determined to used peace to help combat the issue. They believe there's a peaceful solution to the issue. If you combat the issue with peace and communications, there won't be that much disagreement and tension.
